Coincid\u00edan en la misma ciudad que los vio crece<strong>r William Vivanco y el Septeto Santiaguero<\/strong>. Solo ten\u00eda que surgir la idea, proponerla y luego \u00abatar los cables\u00bb para que en la noche siguiente compartieran el mismo escenario dos de los m\u00e1ximos exponentes contempor\u00e1neos del legado musical de Santiago de Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I was there, just 15 meters far from the \u201cCimarr\u00f2n\u201d. I commented the idea with the Maestro Fernando Dewar (Director of Septeto Santiaguero) and received the green light to realize the event. I just should choice the right moment to catch the Cimarr\u00f2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En definitiva quien hac\u00eda de intermediario para lograr ese show musical decidi\u00f3 echar por tierra todo tipo de estrategia. Sin mucho pre\u00e1mbulo se present\u00f3 a William Vivanco,&nbsp; le ofreci\u00f3 la idea y la reacci\u00f3n no se hizo esperar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-At what time it should be?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-10pm in La Pachanga, at the end of Enramada Street<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-Lord! I finish singing at 9pm in Fondaci\u00f2n Caguayo (Vista Alegre neighborhood, the other side of the city...)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-I can arrange to let you start at 11pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-Ok, so let\u2019s do it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-How could you arrange about the repertoire you\u2019re singing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">-We keep in charge of this. I put the lyrics of one of their songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sure?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">(Les juro que me di\u00f3 la impresi\u00f3n de que&nbsp; William Lo ten\u00eda t\u00f3 pensao).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Y esa fue toda la \u00abnegociaci\u00f3n\u00bb. A las 11 de la noche del viernes 12 de julio el natural del barrio de El Tivol\u00ed entraba a La Pachanga y El Septeto ten\u00eda el ambiente en un punto climax con el hit La Meneadera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Wow\u2026 expres\u00f3 &nbsp;Vivanco de manera casi imperceptible para los o\u00eddos de quienes lo acompa\u00f1aban cuando presenci\u00f3 lo repleta y alegre que estaba esa noche La Pachanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El<strong> Septeto<\/strong> hizo la parada de rigor, \u00abmanejando\u00bb muy bien los tiempos de las emociones de los bailadores y uno a uno de sus integrantes fue al camerino a prepararse para la segunda tanda, la que cruzar\u00eda el umbral de la madrugada. Vivanco fue al encuentro y se fundi\u00f3 en ocho abrazos con los miembros del <em>Santiaguero. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cantaremos&nbsp; Yo Son Gang\u00e1 y el Pil\u00f3n dijo alguien. Todos asintieron y a partir de ese instante quien les cuenta no entendi\u00f3 mucho. Comenzaron a improvisar el espect\u00e1culo que le regalar\u00edan al p\u00fablico en el lenguaje que solo entienden quienes han hecho o estudiado m\u00fasica. En 10 minutos ya estaban de acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Gerardo Houdayer, the excellent showman of Septeto Santiaguero performances in La Pachanga, as was his wont, did the perfect presentation of William Vivanco, mentioned some successes of the guest and revealed the musical interaction between him and the Septeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">What happened then, I prefer resuming it with two comments. The first, of the same Vivanco, when he saw all those people who enjoyed the incredible fusion of two different ways to make good music, he asked the audience to film that situation because he was afraid that in Havana nobody would believe him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The second one was a comment who posted one of the Septeto Santiaguero follower, Tayset Fuentes Rojas, in its profile, who said: We were there until the end, it\u2019s a privilege that everyone could enjoy, the Septeto Santiaguero is one of the best of his genre in Cuba. Vivanco seemed like the all life was singing with this band.
